Lobri Partner — run your chair or your salon

Who it's for

One app, three roles

You choose your role once when you sign up, and the app changes to match it.

Independent technician

You set your own prices, durations, and weekly hours, decide where you work, and can partner with one or several salons on a chair-rental basis at the same time.

Salon owner

Set up the salon, invite staff and chair-rental partners, assign bookings, record walk-ins, run shifts, and watch revenue and payouts in one place.

For technicians

Your profile, your hours, your money

Licence verification

Photograph the front of your licence (the back is optional). The app reads the number, name, and expiry date, then checks them against the state board for nail and hair. Clean matches are approved automatically; anything that doesn't line up goes to a human reviewer.

A profile that sells your work

Name, photo, bio, years of experience, and a portfolio of up to 20 photos of your work — the same gallery customers scroll through before they book you.

Your own price list

Independent techs set the price and the duration of every service themselves. Employees see the salon's price list instead — the salon sets it, so nobody ends up with two conflicting prices.

Work where you want

Offer service at the salon, at your own studio, or at the customer's home. For home visits you pin your base on the map and set a travel radius — 20 km by default, up to 100 km — and anything further away simply can't book you.

Weekly schedule

Declare the hours you work each day — overlapping blocks are rejected and there are up to six per day. Choose whether customers book in 15, 30, or 60-minute slots. Look 52 weeks back and 26 weeks ahead.

Away mode & time off

Flip on away mode to disappear from search for a while, or book time off over a date range with a full-day option. Time off that clashes with an existing appointment is blocked, so you never lose a booking by accident.

Before and after photos

Starting an appointment requires a "before" photo and finishing requires an "after" one, so every job has a visual record if a customer questions it later. The start button unlocks 15 minutes before the appointment.

Wallet and payouts

Earnings by period with charts, payout status, and file export. Every appointment breaks down what went to you, to the salon, and to the platform. Connect your payout account once — until you do, money can't reach you.

Protect your time

Decline a booking that doesn't work, propose an extra service mid-appointment (the customer has 5 minutes to accept), report a partial completion with a reason, and block a customer you don't want to serve again.

For salon owners

The whole salon, in one place

Set up the salon

Name, address, number of chairs, up to 10 photos, amenities, and per-day opening hours with closed days. Pin the salon on the map — without a location it won't show up in search. Open or close for the day from the home screen.

Build your team

Invite technicians by phone number — as chair-rental partners or as employees. Invitations expire after 14 days. Employee invitations require you to confirm the employment terms first.

Negotiate the split

Propose a revenue split, and the other side accepts, counters, or declines — nobody can approve their own proposal. Renegotiate mid-partnership, pause it, resume it, or end it; pausing and ending both release future bookings.

The salon's day

Every appointment happening at the salon in one view. Assign a technician to bookings that came in through the salon — the home screen nags you about unassigned ones — and record walk-ins who came in off the street.

Shifts and clock-in

Build the weekly rota for employees — overlapping shifts and shifts outside opening hours are rejected. Staff clock in from within 50 metres of the salon, and can swap shifts with a colleague, subject to your approval.

Act for your staff

Edit an employee's profile, fix their availability, or upload their licence on their behalf — useful when someone is busy in the chair. You can also start and finish an appointment for them, photos included.

Revenue and payroll

Revenue with charts by period, a 14-day payroll export for employees, and a 30-day income export for the salon. A transparency switch decides whether employees can see the salon's underlying revenue or only their own.

Reviews and reputation

Read every review left for the salon and reply once to each one. Business documents are reviewed by our team before the salon goes live.

When someone leaves

End an employment and the technician goes back to being independent, with future bookings released cleanly. The same applies when a chair-rental partnership ends.

FAQ

Questions about Lobri Partner

How much do I keep?

Lobri takes a flat 10% platform commission on the service amount — not on tax and not on tips. Technicians and salons keep up to 90% of the service price, and technicians keep 100% of tips. If you work through a salon, your split with that salon is whatever the two of you agreed in the app.

When do I get paid?

Payment is captured about 24 hours after the appointment is completed and then split automatically between the technician, the salon, and the platform. You need to finish payout setup first — until that's done, money can't be sent to you.

Can I choose my role later?

No. The technician-or-salon-owner choice is made once during sign-up and can't be changed afterwards, because everything else in the app is built on it.

Can I work with more than one salon?

Yes. An independent technician can hold chair-rental partnerships with several salons at once, and a salon can host many technicians. Each partnership has its own split, and either side can pause or end it.

What's different if I'm an employee rather than independent?

Your salon manages your price list and your working hours, so those screens are read-only for you and show a note explaining why. You still have your own wallet, earnings, tips, reviews, and blocked-customer list.

Which licences are checked automatically?

Nail and hair licences are cross-checked against the state board automatically, and approved without human involvement when the number matches, the name is a close match, and the licence is still valid. Spa licences are reviewed by a person, as are all salon business documents.

Do I have to take the before and after photos?

Yes — starting an appointment requires a before photo and completing it requires an after photo. They protect you as much as the customer if a job is later disputed.

What happens if a customer complains?

Customers have 24 hours after the service to raise an issue. While a complaint is open, the payout for that appointment is held rather than split, and it settles once the complaint is resolved or withdrawn.

Is the app available in Vietnamese?

Yes. The app is fully bilingual Vietnamese and English, switches instantly without a restart, and chat with customers is auto-translated in both directions.
