What services and areas does Lobri cover?
Lobri supports nail, hair, and spa services across the United States, launching in Texas. Pricing is in USD and sales tax is calculated automatically based on the salon's location.
How do you make sure professionals are licensed?
Each pro uploads their licence, which is read by AI and checked against the relevant state board (Texas TDLR for nail, plus cosmetology and massage boards). Anything that doesn't match is reviewed by our team before approval.
How does payment work?
You pay by card when you book. Funds are held securely via Stripe and released to your pro about 24 hours after the service is completed, leaving time to resolve any issue.
What is Lobri's fee?
Lobri charges a flat 10% platform commission on the service amount (not on tax or tips). Technicians and salons keep up to 90% of the service price, and technicians keep 100% of tips.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel 4 or more hours before the appointment for a full refund. Between 30 minutes and 4 hours, a 50% fee applies. Within 30 minutes, the booking can no longer be cancelled. A no-show is charged in full.
Can I use the app in Vietnamese?
Yes. Lobri is Vietnamese-first with an English toggle on every screen, and chat messages are auto-translated between Vietnamese and English.
Is there a referral reward?
Yes. Invite a friend with your referral code; when they complete a qualifying first booking, both of you receive account credit toward future bookings. Referral rewards are funded by Lobri.
How do salons and employees work together?
Salons can host independent techs via chair-rental or employ technicians directly, set their own revenue splits and prices, schedule shifts, and use GPS clock-in/clock-out for staff.
