This page explains how to permanently delete your VietLinks account and the personal data associated with it.
About VietLinks
VietLinks is a job-connection platform developed by Eastin Technology, a brand of Logan and Brielle LLC. We are committed to respecting your privacy and providing you full control over your personal data.
How to Request Account Deletion
You can delete your VietLinks account using either method below:
Option 1 — Delete in the app (instant)
- Open the VietLinks app and sign in.
- Tap your Profile icon (bottom navigation).
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Your account and associated data will be queued for deletion immediately.
Option 2 — Request by email
- Send an email to eastintechnology@gmail.com from the email address registered on your account.
- Use the subject line: Delete my VietLinks account.
- We will verify your identity and confirm the deletion within 7 business days.
What Is Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following personal data is permanently removed:
- Profile information: full name, email address, phone number, home address
- Digital CV / résumé: work experience, education, skills, certifications
- Profile photo and uploaded files
- Job applications submitted through the platform
- Chat messages and conversation history
- Saved job preferences and notifications settings
What Is Kept & Retention Period
Some data may be retained after account closure as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:
- Account and support records — retained for up to 24 months after account closure to handle post-termination issues, resolve disputes, and fulfil legal obligations.
- Transaction and financial records — retained as required by applicable tax and accounting laws.
- Legal, fraud, and dispute data — retained for as long as necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
After the applicable retention period expires, all remaining personal data is securely deleted or anonymized. Anonymized, non-identifiable data may be retained for statistical purposes only.

Fill in the form below and click Send Request. Your email client will open with the request pre-filled — just hit send.
